AICOFI PTE. LTD. ("AICOFI") respects your right to delete your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your AICOFI account and the personal information associated with it, including data we receive when you sign in with Google, Apple, Meta (Facebook), or TikTok.AICOFI PTE. 1. What this covers1. 适用范围

When you create an AICOFI account or sign in through a third-party login provider, we store account and profile data such as your name, email, a provider identifier, and your activity within the Services. You may ask us to delete this data at any time.当您创建 AICOFI 账户或通过第三方登录提供方登录时，我们会存储账户与资料数据，例如您的姓名、邮箱、登录提供方标识符以及您在服务中的活动记录。您可随时要求我们删除这些数据。

2. How to request deletion2. 如何申请删除

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your AICOFI account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". To help us verify your identity, please include:请使用与您 AICOFI 账户关联的邮箱，向 [email protected] 发送邮件，主题为"Data Deletion Request"。为帮助我们核实您的身份，请提供：

  • The email address or username on your AICOFI account.您 AICOFI 账户的邮箱或用户名。

We will confirm receipt and process your request as described below.我们将确认收到并按下文所述处理您的请求。

3. If you signed in with Meta (Facebook)3. 若您使用 Meta（Facebook）登录

You can also remove AICOFI's access to your Facebook account at any time: in Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select AICOFI, and remove it. Removing the app stops future access, but to delete data already stored on our servers, please also email us using the request above.您也可随时撤销 AICOFI 对您 Facebook 账户的访问：在 Facebook 中进入"设置与隐私 → 设置 → 应用和网站"，选择 AICOFI 并移除。移除应用可阻止后续访问，但若要删除我们服务器上已存储的数据，请同时按上述方式发送邮件给我们。

4. What we delete & timeline4. 删除内容与时限

Upon verifying your request, we will delete or de-identify the personal data associated with your account, including profile data and login identifiers, within 30 days. We may retain a limited subset of information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes, and only for as long as necessary.在核实您的请求后，我们将于 30 天内删除或去标识化与您账户关联的个人数据，包括资料数据和登录标识符。在法律、安全、防欺诈、会计或争议解决所需的范围内，我们可能保留有限的信息子集，且仅保留必要的期限。
